This paper presents the new data obtained by studying the metrological and geometric-proportional features of the structure of the city temple of Tina in Marzabotto. The ascertainment of the consistency between the geometries verified in the plan of the building and the linear unit (the Attic Foot, 29.6 cm, as already suggested in previous studies), has allowed the reconstruction of the planning design used by the temple architect. The result of the study shows a setting governed by a module of three Attic Feet and based on the use of squares and golden rectangles, both in the plan and in the elevation of the structure, according to a planning model consistent with the Etruscan-Italic peripteral temples of southern Lazio and Campania.

Abstract
This paper presents the new data obtained by studying the metrological and geometric-proportional features of the structure of the city temple of Tina in Marzabotto. The ascertainment of the consistency between the geometries verified in the plan of the building and the linear unit (the Attic Foot, 29.6 cm, as already suggested in previous studies), has allowed the reconstruction of the planning design used by the temple architect. The result of the study shows a setting governed by a module of three Attic Feet and based on the use of squares and golden rectangles, both in the plan and in the elevation of the structure, according to a planning model consistent with the Etruscan-Italic peripteral temples of southern Lazio and Campania.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
