Its importance is related to real estate, basically on the connection between what is managed and what is liable to tax. For this reason the project of transferring functions of kadaster, being a part of a federal lawsuit, reach the highest possible profile. The aim of the work is to make a survey about the original path of cadastral decentralization based on two key elements: the review of the measurement of taxable property and the empowerment of functions to other municipalities.
