Abstract
The article explores how the emotional dimension of the lawyer assisting the person with a disability is fundamental to the understanding of the legal profession and its link with instances of care (Baines, et al., 2019; Cluley, 2020; Mik-Meyer, 2016; Scott, Doughty, 2012). Secondly, we show how the study of emotional conditions can have a virtuous influence on the development of good practices in the adoption of contracts that are not typified in the Italian civil code. The focus of our investigation is the maintenance contract stipulated to protect the person with disabilities, as it is applied in the Italian reality alone (Rizzonelli, Brisotto, 2017). The contribution adopts a so-called differently methodology, capable of combining reflexive analysis based on personal life experience and affective methodologies in order to exploit the undeniable evocative power of the former (Kostera, 2022).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
